Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://www.worksfornature.org (“Site”) in any way, you agree to and are bound by this Terms of Service (“TOS”).

The Site is owned and operated by Full Science Media, LLC dba Works For Nature (“FSM”). FSM reserves the right to change the TOS and other guidelines or rules from time to time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Site. Breach of any terms results in immediate termination of your license to use the Site.

License

FSM grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. You may not alter the source code or reverse engineer. Compliance with IP laws is mandatory. All improvements made by the User are assigned to FSM.

User Account and User Names

FSM may require User details including name, email, and phone. Users must be 18+ and may only have one account. FSM may ban multiple accounts. Forgotten passwords can be reset via the login page. Users can opt into the newsletter, and all emails comply with CAN-SPAM Act.

Use of Services

Users are responsible for their login security and must report unauthorized use. Users warrant uploaded content does not infringe third-party IP. FSM may collect device and usage data for support and service improvements. Malicious code and harassment are prohibited. Bots, scrapers, and heavy server load tools are not allowed.

Postings

Users may post conservation-related content (“Postings”). Links violating TOS will be removed. FSM is not responsible for accuracy or legality of content. User bears responsibility and must perform due diligence. FSM is not liable for damages resulting from interaction with Postings. Infringing, harassing, or inappropriate content will be removed. Users grant FSM unlimited license to use Postings content.

Term and Termination

This TOS remains effective while User accesses the Site. FSM may terminate access immediately for breach. FSM retains all legal rights and remedies.

Warranties

All services are provided “as is.” FSM disclaims all implied warranties. FSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at $50, except where law prohibits such limitation.

DMCA Policy

FSM complies with the DMCA. Users may report infringement through the contact methods below. Notifications must be accurate and valid. FSM may share your report with the alleged infringer. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated. Policy changes will be posted with the updated date.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

Miscellaneous

User agrees to indemnify FSM from any claims resulting from TOS violations or illegal activity. User is responsible for all associated costs. TOS shall be interpreted without bias toward any party. Invalid terms do not affect the rest of the agreement. The TOS is governed by Delaware law and all disputes must be litigated in Kent County, Delaware. Parties waive objection to venue and jurisdiction.
